Context (Amendments / updates)
When the Kechib:wa collection was packed for storage in c 1986 the pottery was assessed by museum staff and boxed according to type. These sherds were packed with Matsaki Polychrome material, which has now been added to the Description field.

Eight body sherds, of which two groups of two sherds each are refitting, of jars made from buff clay with exterior decoration in Matsaki Polychrome, showing matt black and red paint on tan slip.
