When the Kechib:wa collection was packed for storage in c 1986 the pottery was assessed by museum staff and boxed according to type. These sherds were packed with Concepcion Polychrome material, which has now been added to the Description field.

The ground edges in this sherd might indicate that it was used as a piece of a Zuni game, as seen in other examples from this collection (see 1924.552).
