Description

Two bichrome sherds, possibly Pinnawa Glaze-on-White. One sherd is a rim sherd and has a white slip with black glazed decoration on the exterior and interior. The other sherd has a white slip with red decoration on the exterior.

Context (Amendments / updates)
When the Kechib:wa collection was packed for storage in c 1986 the pottery was assessed by museum staff and boxed according to type. These sherds were packed with pinnawa glaze material, which has now been added to the Description field.
