Description

Anthropomorphic partially burnished red figurine, possibly a handmade female figurine. Broadly plano-convex cross-section; elongated triangular head; triangular head hear with projected conical shape; incised eyes and mouth; projected nose and ears; broad shoulders with short arms; projected pectorals; triangular belly; loin clothing with incised fringing; curved legs, with projected feet. Possibly buff ware; smooth and powdery fabric feel; black speckling and white accretions throughout.
