Description

Fourteen polychrome sherds and two rough ware from different vessels; mostly bowls and jars. Eight rim sherds, one possibly a handle sherd; the rest correspond to body sherds. One rough ware sherd is burnished on the inside, the other has possibly a white slip. The polychrome sherds are decorated on the interior with tan slip and matte pigments in reds, blacks and browns; some with white accretions throughout the surface.

When the Kechib:wa collection was packed for storage in c 1986 the pottery was assessed by museum staff and boxed according to type. These sherds were packed with Late Polychrome material.
