Description

Matsaki polychrome bowl, reconstructed and now in three pieces. Hemispherical form with a slightly inverted rim painted red; it is covered in white slip on both sides and decorated on the internal rim with three black bands, bent-back motif with crosshatched background and sections of four diagonal lines below the rim. The exterior and parts of the interior are burnished.
