Description
Bowl of Matsaki polychrome ware. Both surfaces covered in tan slip; interior decorated with red painted lines and much abraded black patterns; exterior decorated with red painted lines, horizontal triangular fringes, and black painted pair of stair-steps around shoulder. Rim slightly thickened at exterior; hemispherical body on round base. Reconstructed with sherds; a fragment at side is broken off and missing; cracked surfaces.
