Description

Sewing tape measure made of bone and wood with blue ribbon. Cylindrical base of bone carved with bands of chevrons top and bottom; two rows of repeated circular perforations at centre. Linear slit in side. Flared bone lid incised with same chevron design. Notched turning handle at centre top. Wooden insert wrapped in blue satin ribbon.
