Description

Eight red, oval, wax seal impressions. The die designs depict a man mounting a horse with a Greek inscription, possibly 'ΕΠΙΜΗΝΕΣ' around the outer edge (.1); a heron (.2); an archer with an animal at his feet (.3); a stag (.4); a horse with an inscription either side, possibly ‘ηota nea’ (.5); a human figure carrying a burden on their back (.6); a seated nude figure (.7); a male figure bending over a sword, possibly Ajax (.8).
