Description

Two bone harpoon heads. Plano-convex cross-section; one has a rounded tip, two barbs, a single line hole on the middle of the shaft, and a open socket. The socket area has two additional oval lashing holes, one with small vertical grooves. The proximal end finishes with a round pointed tip on one side of the edge. The second harpoon head has a pointed tip and notches on each side near the proximal end; it finishes with a elongated pointed tip on one side of the edge. Both objects have irregular grooves throughout the surface. Dark-brown patina.
