Context (Analysis)
The Place information ‘Pingilkulik’ comes from labels in Rowley’s hand, which is difficult to read. This place is not listed in his 2007 autobiography and there doesn’t appear to be any reference to it in any of the excavation notebooks held by MAA. It is possible that documentation relating to it will be found at a later date.

Description (Physical description)
Knife formed from one bone. The blade end has a round tip and gaps in the centre, possibly to accommodate a blade; the other end has a perforation and short handle, terminating in a projecting butt end with deep incised line.
