Context (Amendments / updates)
The disc bears some similarities with Roman pieces described as possible gaming discs, such as 1948.826 I, although these do not have the central hole or threaded edge. It is also similar to a circular box lid, 1961.182 and the two model spindle whorl discs on Z 46505 A.
