Description

Vertical, elongated, zoomorphic adorno sherd representing the full body of an animal. Protruding head with deep groove on top running from vessel wall to a blunt point and two pronounced punctate eyes. Body with appliquéd punctated fillet, with single deep punctate at either end, across abdomen and punctates running down from eyes near vessel wall. Rounded, protruding bottom section with two deep punctates on upper face and single deep punctate on lower face. Retains part of the vessel wall. Red fabric.
