Description

Slipped rim sherd from a large bowl. Thickened, slightly rounded, incurving rim; rounded body with carination on the interior. Buff fabric. Polished dark red slip with mottled black on the interior. Horizontal band of thumbed/finger marks on the exterior. Tempered with calcite.
