Description

Red slipped rim sherd from a bowl or dish. Rounded, internally bevelled rim; everted carinated body walls. Interior surface with two horizontal incised or grooved lines, on at and one below carination. Exterior surface with one incised or grooved line right below carination. Buff fabric; polished red slip on the interior; red slip on the exterior above carination. Tempered with calcite. Reconstructed from three sherds.
