Description

Slipped rim sherd from a large basal-flanged bowl. Slightly rounded rim; everted, straight body walls with flange on the exterior and single horizontal grooved line on the interior at about the position, probably halfway down the body. Red ware with polished orange red slip on the exterior above flange edge and polished red slip on the interior. Tempered with calcite.
