One of four Old Kingdom and First Intermediate Amulets:
Ta-urt. Little detail. Hole though. Bright darkish blue.

Seventeen Old Kingdom and First Intermediate Amulets, nearly all in high dark-blue glaze, ten of which are very similar, and may represent a walking man in a high hat. The remainder have not been identified. The whole (16) threaded together with eight flattish beads (possibly " shells") of same period and glaze. A triangle, rather thick pierced with hole, loose

Mackintosh card for 1947.1389 [E.1-25]: 'Oka 727-743 inclusive: 17 amulets, nearly all in high dark-blue glaze. Ten of which are very similar, and many represent a walking man in a high hat. The remainder have not been identified. The whole (16) threaded together with eight flattish beads (possibly shells) of same period and glaze. A triangle, rather thick, pierced with hole, loose.'
