For Z 22011 [A-B]: 'These are likely some of the fragments of pottery from Ghar Dalam sent to Miles Burkitt by Gertrude Caton Thompson on 19 March 1923 (see archive MM1/10/37) for 'comparative purposes.' In her letter she notes that she has labelled them 'according to the ideas of [Themistocles] Zammit' but that their classification was still unsatisfactory and subject to change. Caton Thompson has therefore been added to the Source field.'

Description (Physical description)
Two sherds of buff ware. One is part of a neck, with a straight neck and round body with an incised line between them. One is a body sherd decorated with chip-carved triangles filled with cross-hatching.
