Found with a note reading: 'X TC 14 ?L.Hte', Laugerie Haute was my best guess for the interpretation of this note. The shell was found in a box of beads taken off display in an unknown bead exhibition sometime before 2006. A note in this box read: 'Beads- no number. In box with beads from Egypt, Dordogne, Mount Carmel'
