Description for 1927.720 A-F: 'Six novicella fibulae:
A: Large bronze boat-shaped brooch, slight lozenge shaped, with engraved chevron ornament and double lines. No catch, spring or pin.
B and C: Two smaller bronze boat-shaped brooches engraved with bands of chevrons. No catch, spring or pin. See reference.
D: Bronze boat-shaped brooch engraved with bands of chevrons, lines, dots and double circles. Traces of catch plate and spring but no pin.
E: Bronze boat-shaped brooch ornamented with chevrons and very deeply grooved lines. F: Small much broken bronze brooch, definitely lozenge-shaped engraved with chevrons and double lines'

Description (Physical description)
Brooch made of copper alloy with a hollow boat-shaped bow, an incomplete catch plate, and a fragment of the spring. The bow is decorated with incised bands of chevrons, rows of triangles, and punched ring and dot design. No pin present.
