Description
Small late Punic lamp. Two open pinched corners at one end, creating two wick-rests and three straight sides to make a square shape, with the rim folded in semicircular shape; the opposite side is rounded, the outer rim is slightly bevelled downwards. The sides are flared outwards; with circular base. Buff orange fabric with small inclusions, blackened rim at wick-rests; faint wheel marks on base.
