Accession Register notes that this donation was given by Lady Smith Woodward in 'memory of Sir Arthur Smith Woodward'. Palaeontologist Sir Arthur Smith Woodward (1864-1944) was Keeper of the Geological Department of the British Museum from 1901-1924, and this is likely to be his widow, Maud Leanora Ida Smith Woodward, nee Seeley.
