Description (Physical description)
Vesta or match container, made of tarnished silver coloured metal, case rectangular in shape with rounded corners, hinged lid held in place by a strip of metal on the inside of the case, raised lenticular shaped area on base of case for lighting matches. Case is engraved on one side with the image of a buckled belt, on the other are the stamped initials 'J.S.'
