Mortar of copper alloy. Flared, everted rim with incised line; body tapers slightly into a flared, ridged base. Body is decorated with three equally spaced apart coat of arms displaying St George's Cross and a harp in each shield, representing Commonwealth of England and Ireland, encircled by a wreath. Dimpling of surface.
