Context (Analysis)
According to Jeffrey M. Mitchem ('The West and Central Florida Expeditions of Clarence B. Moore', 1999, p. 21), the site described by Moore as 'a mound hear Hickory Bluff' is is now known as Hickory Bluff Mound (site code 8CH5). Mitchem also dates the site as Safety Harbour, which has been added to the Period field.
