Description

Reconstructed cup with handle. Wide mouth, everted rim with strap handle looping above the rim to the carination. The upper half of vessel or the neck is concave; decorated with three vertical notched ribs terminating in three small bosses, with four small bosses interspaced between. horizontal decoration at the carination, of small notches and incised pendant hatched triangles; the body bulges to a squat form; decorated with four vertical notched ribs alternately placed to the neck ribs; with many round bosses below; the vessel tapers to a small, round base. Off-centre, part reconstructed with plaster.
