Catalogue card for 1955.10 A-L: 'Ground stone celts, symmetrical, of flattened ovoid or sub-parallelogram form, and rounded butt, generally retaining a good deal of the original crust. Mostly from jadeite pebbles.'

Ground and partially polished biconvex stone axe. Curved sides flaring towards a curved cutting edge; bevelled, polished butt; both faces polished near the cutting edge with cortex remaining near the butt; dark brown to green stone. Chips missing from cutting edge.
