Description for 1955.17 A-H: 'Small, polished adzes with long, finger-nail like blade, generally a slight shoulder, and tang formed by original crust or pecked surface. Of jade or weathered greeenish rock. Length 3 to 6.5 cm.'

Description (Physical description)
A small ground and partially polished shouldered stone adze, with a narrow tang and shoulder with cortex remaining, and a flared cutting edge. It has curved sides and plano-convex cross-section. It is mottled dark and light grey in colour. Some chips missing from the cutting edge.
