Description
Incomplete figure made from unfired grey ceramic. Face possibly human, but with leonine appearance. Flat triangular nose and mouth prominently forward, mouth created as an incised line with slight down turn, giving a stern appearance. Figure is wearing an elaborate headdress with ears sticking out prominently on either side. Under head is some sort of clothing around the neck which is spotted. Torso largely missing, but two areas where arms were once attached.
