Context (Amendments / updates)
The scarab was historically mounted in the centre of string of beads 1924.815 Q. It is not shown in the figure of finds from Tomb V, and was not mentioned on the catalogue card. It is not clear whether it was originally considered to be part of the string of beads or a separate object, so the decision was taken to include it in the group of faience figures and amulets.
