Description for 1952.53 A-J: 'Ten bowls and dishes of buff ware, various shapes (the Fitzwilliam list says there are eleven but there was one more jug and one less dish than they say). A-F: Six shallow bowls or dishes of pinkish buff ware. G-H: Two large open bowls or dishes. I: Flat dish with concentric ribbed decoration on the under side. Much broken. J: Carinated bowl of thin buff ware with flaring rim (pieces missing)'.

Large wide bowl of pinkish buff ware. Flat base with circular stand. Externally bevelled, slightly inverted rim. Decorated on the interior surface with incised concentric circles.
