Context (Amendments / updates)
There has been some confusion over the numbering of E 1895.50-51. The Accession Register lists 5 snuff containers (2 seeds and an ?eel skin & 2 net bags) for E 1895.50-51 and numbers them E 1895.50, 51, 51 C, 51 A-B respectively. [The ?eel skin has been marked E 1895.51 X, rather than C].

Context (Amendments / updates)
The Accession Register numbers the seeds as E 1895.50 & 51 but they were listed on the database & catalogue cards, as E 1895.50 A & 50 B respectively. There are 5 separate catalogue cards for the objects. I have amalgamated the records for the 2 net bags. Altogether, there are five objects stored at Shorts.
