Description

Large cylindrical ring, comprising a bundle of grass or reeds with a woven cover of chequered and zigzag design, formed using warps of black split cane and wefts of natural coloured reed. The zigzag design is formed by three wefts passing under each black warp. Used as a pot stand.

A: Cover in chequer design and fatter than B, which has the same chequer design, but with a variation of black zigzag along inner surface made by the weft passing under 3 warps at a time.'
