Context (Amendments / updates)
On the Wellcome collection label attached to this object is a pencil note that reads 'Usumbara.' This likely refers to the Usambara Mountains, a location in eastern Tanzania. The label also has a second pencil note that reads 'Kasai, Congo.' It is unclear which of these locations is the correct place of production or collection. Kasai and Usambara have therefore both been added to the Place and Production fields.
