Two metal circular disc beads of fittings. One bead is narrower than the other. Both beads show signs of historic wear.

Context (Amendments / updates)
Two small, metal, circular disc beads were found in a box with basketry from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The two beads did not appear to belong to any of the basketry present in the box. These two beads have thus become historically disassociated, possibly forming part of a larger object(s). It is known that previously, prior to storing basketry, the same box was used to stored metal objects from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
It was therefore decided that the two beads should be given a temporary record, with the accession number, 'TEMP.01954', in the hope that they will be reunited with their original museum record.
