Description

Currency, in the form of a double looped plant fibre string of larger carnelian and smaller glass beads, interspersed with coils of copper. At one end, where the string is knotted, is tied a copper alloy coin with a hole in the centre and Chinese script on it. There is a small piece of bamboo tied to the end of the string.
