Description (Physical description)
Catalogue card for 1964.76 A-H: 'Modern Indian man's costume. C: shirt made of warp striped cloth in same colours as A, but predominately white instead of red. Cuffs and collar have been sewn on. They are panels of similar warp like material, but the weaving has been changed at intervals into tapestry, chiefly by substituting soft red wefts for the whiteones. Some simple linear and diamond shaped wool designs have been added, probably embroidered although they follow the weft.'
