Context (Found together / assemblage)
One strip of finely-plaited basketry, one length of thick plaited fibre, and a piece of twisted fibre rope were found stored together and labelled as 1961.123 E.1, 1961.123 E.2, and 1961.123 E.3 respectively. The catalogue card for 1961.123 lists only one object for the suffix E: a 'strip of plaited basketry.' The object labelled 1961.123 E.1 is considered to be the closest match to the catalogue card description, and has been labelled and recorded accordingly. The length of thick plaited fibre has been assigned the number TEMP.01925 and the piece of twisted fibre rope has been assigned the number TEMP.01926.
