Description (Physical description)
Record for 1953.566[.1-2]: '2 handled jugs in red ware, one, whole, with an unburnished slip which has fired cream over the most of the surface but with extensive pink patches. The other comprises multiple sherds, originally glued together but now in pieces.'

A jug with a pinched lip, narrow neck, round body, foot ring, and a handle connected between the body and the rim. There is a single groove around the rim. 20 sherds present.
