Object mounted on plain paper-wrapped display board, mounted with metal pins. This form of mounting possibly indicates the item was on display in Peterhouse before the museum moved to its current site on Downing Street. Hand-written label on display board reading in black ink: 'Two pronged Fork with Mother-of-Pearl Handle. Circa 1760.'
