Context (Amendments / updates)
In response to the Context: Related documentation, the object with Fox No. 249 has been marked with 1924.1004.9. However an object has been found marked with this idno and matching the description on that catalogue card. It appears that 1924.1004.9 has been written on two additional objects possibly by mistake, 1924.1004 E.2 B-C. This object was definitely part of the Fox Collection, it is not clear whether it was ever part of the Gray collection so he has been made tentative and G.J.B. Fox has been added in the Source field.
