Context (Found together / assemblage)
Found, unaccessioned, in a box marked ‘Cherry Hinton’; the material was assigned the TEMP number TEMP.01743 along with the other material with the same site code, and each bag given individual suffixes. Ruth Beckley, Historic Environment Team, Cambridgeshire County Council, was not able to identify the site code beyond likely being in Cambridgeshire. She noted that ‘normally the [Roman numeral] would refer to a phase, I suspect Q refers to a trench and C refers to the site’. The site code is currently unknown but it is most likely from Cambridgeshire, which has been put in the Place field.
