Description for 1980.809 A-B: 'Sherds of colour-coated, painted and coarse ware; medieval sherds of glazed and coarse ware; fragment of sheet bronze.'

Context (Field collection)
Storey’s Farm, Castle Hill excavations by John Alexander, likely in 1964. This site overlaps with the Castle End Farmhouse and may in fact be the same site with a different name. It is treated as part of the Castle End Farmhouse site (Event no. ECB4922), similar to Storey’s Charity.
Event Date 1964

Context (Other)
Could this be the same as 'Castle End Farm' referred to in PCAS 65. The only other published reference to the site under the name of Storey's Farm seems to be the single unexplained photograph in Dr Alexander's article in The Archaeological Newsletter, vol. 7, no. 10 (March 1964).
