Sealed envelope 'On his Majesty's Service', originally addressed to 'The Treasury Officer. Nairobi'. Reused to enclose indigenous medicine. Hand-written note at the back: 'Kikuyu. Mururi from a tree of this name in Kikuyu. If a little of this medicine is put in a camp fire no lion or other wild beast will come near to seize the traveller.'
