Donor's notes: 'The personal adornments of a practitioner of black magic, comprising a very full range of the oldest type of trade beads, now rare and highly prized. The white disc-shaped beads are of ostrich-egg shell. It will be noted that the string of white triangular china ornaments contains an example of the prototype, a piece of shell, now extremely rare. The antelope horn filled with a black substance with four white beads imbedded therein is connected with magical practices'.'

Description (Physical description)
String of glass beads and disc beads made of ostrich shell. There are also 18 glass beads in green, blue and yellow. The other beads are mostly light or dark blue, with a few white and one red bead.
