Description

A ceramic model of a camel with a rider. The camel has a long neck ending with a protruding muzzle and two ears. There are two adjacent, circular indentations at the base of the neck. The back has a raised triangular section possibly depicting a hump or a rider's seat. There is a short rounded tail and four cylindrical legs with tapering and rounded feet. Sitting on the back of the camel is a human figure. The camel and figure are painted white and are decorated with red linear, intersecting patterns. The two front legs have been re-adhered, with a small section detached and missing.
