Sir Robert George Wyndham Herbert, GCB (1831 – 6 May 1905, Ickleton, Cambridgeshire), was the first Premier of Queensland, Australia (1859- 1866) and became Permanent Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies (1871- 1892).

Register entry from E 1905.63- 67 notes ' Five spears: two with carved, barbed heads of human bone, the shaft of one L.11' 7.5") plaited with grass, bears eleven narrow bands in red and black alternating chevrons. etc. the other (L.11'.10".8) is plain; one (L.9'5") with a wooden barbed head having a square-sided base, ornamented with pearl shell and incised decoration; one (11') the head of which is ornamented with bone barbs, has a native palm leaf sheath, the shaft is plain; and one (l.9'.1".5) with a barbed wooden head, the lower half is plain; and terminates in a pierced loop and a [---] [spelling unclear] collar'.
