Context (Amendments / updates)
The label found with Z 22587[.1-5] suggests that they belong to the 1888.30 St John's collection, but it is not clear whether this is known or speculation. The original Accession Register entry for 1888.30 is extremely brief so it is possible that they came from the 1888 St John's Cricket Field excavation or the later Saxmeadham excavation.
