Context (Found together / assemblage)
In his 1951 publication, Lethbridge notes that 'the burials were in many cases covered by a layer or heap of flint nodules or Roman tiles, which were doubtless taken from the ruined Roman buildings for the purpose (p.3)'. It seems likely that these tiles were used in this way.
