Context (Amendments / updates)
The Period field previously stated XXII Dynasty; Saite Period. The label affixed however notes a date of XXVI Dynasty (which is the Saite Period). Because the idno 1948.2800 A-R has been split from one record into individual records, this reference to a date range could be for another scarab(s) - the Accession register notes the whole group 1948.2800 dates from XXII Dynasty to the Saite Period. The field has been updated to reflect the individual scarab's labelling.
